Center Operations Supervisor - Overnight

Department: Operations
Location: San Francisco , CA, United States

Since 1941, the USO has been the nationís leading organization to serve the men and women in the U.S. military, and their families, throughout their time in uniform. From the moment they join, through their assignments and deployments, and as they transition back to their communities, the USO is always by their side.

Todayís USO continuously adapts to the needs of our men and women in uniform and their families, so they can focus on their very important mission. We operate USO centers at or near military installations across the United States and throughout the world, including in combat zones, and even un-staffed USO service sites in places too dangerous for anyone but combat troops to occupy.

The USO San Francisco International Airport (USO SFO) center serves active duty military members and their families twenty-four hours a day for 365 days a year. Whether it is a layover between flights, a change of station, or a check-in point prior to embarking to a local training destination, the USO SFO lounge provides a modern complimentary respite spot for service members traveling to and through Northern California.

The Center Operations Supervisor (COS) is responsible for the overnight hospitality of the center to ensure a safe and relaxing environment for military guests at SFO airport. The COS coordinates with team members and volunteers to staff and maintain operations and services taking place 10:00pm-7:00am daily to include weekends.

The COS also works with the USO team to support military outreach and programming throughout the region when needed.
